The “Sandwich Generation” is upon us.  We are finding more and more people are taking care of their parents while raising their children.  This can cause stress in even the strongest of people.  We are here to help with that.  Join us for our PB&J Sandwich Workshop to learn AND complete the Medicaid Application and the necessary Power of Attorney’s to take care yourself or your parents who took such great care of you.

Attorney Michael Meurer provides experienced estate planning advice and elder care strategies for individuals and their families. He is VA Accredited and familiar with the Aid and Attendance Benefit. He listens to each client and works with families to create a plan to meet their personal legal issues including passing their legacy to loved ones, the preservation of assets, qualifying for elder care programs and helping vets. He plans for people with all levels of assets. At the workshop you will receive and complete Durable Financial and Medical Powers of Attorney, a HIPAA/Medical Release, a Nomination of Guardian/Conservator and a Disposition of Last Remains Directive. Attending this workshop also entitles you to a one (1) hour follow-up consultation with Mr. Meurer at one of his several locations; Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Denver – a $750 value!!!
